Sales Manager

Derek is an experienced Sales Manager and has been a property professional for over 7 years, with a background in sales and customer service throughout his career. He leads the sales department managing all areas of sales and conducts property valuations for the business. He has excellent local expertise and adores all things property related! In Derek’s free time he enjoys weekend trips and city breaks, whilst spending time with his fiancée, son and daughter.

Lynn Maxwell

Senior Sales Negotiator

Lynn has over 20 years’ experience in the estate agency industry, she worked with corporate estate agencies before joining the Taylor William team. She controls all sales negotiations, property viewings and oversees all transactions ensuring a positive experience for all involved. She prides herself on excellent customer service, great knowledge of the property market and has a passion for property. Lynn is CeMap qualified and was previously a senior financial consultant for 5 years. In her spare time Lynn loves spending time with her daughter Imogen, they enjoy visits to the cinema, playing tennis and crafting.
